Return and Refund Policy
Damaged or incorrect goods
Goods can be returned for an alternative or a refund if they are damaged or different from what was ordered. The purchaser must inform us by email of the situation within 7 days after receiving the items. We will give instructions by email how to proceed with the refund/replacement. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods. In this case, we will refund the return shipping costs and will pay the cost of shipping any replacements to you the customer by New Zealand Post. Refunds are made using the original method of payment.
If the goods ordered are not received due to any fault of Jewellery of New Zealand a full replacement or refund will apply. The purchaser must inform Jewellery of New Zealand by email if goods have not been received within 10 days of purchase.
Exchanging goods
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund minus shipping costs or exchange the purchased item for an alternative item. The items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear and the refund/exchange item will only be processed once the returned item has been checked by Jewellery of New Zealand. Shipping costs must be paid on the replacement item. The following conditions apply:

You must obtain prior approval from Jewellery of New Zealand before returning an item. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the items, explain the issues and we will give you further instructions.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Items returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Please ensure all returns sent to Jewellery of New Zealand are sent with tracking and/or insurance as Jewellery of New Zealand cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Delivery

Order Confirmation/ Contract for sale
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received. This is not a confirmed acceptance to supply the product. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will maintain a record of your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping will be included within the costs of the item purchased.

Pricing policy:
Prices displayed in the Shopping section are exclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). We are required by law to add GST to the cost of goods purchased that will be delivered to a New Zealand address. Overseas orders are exempt from payment of New Zealand GST and will not have GST added.
